About Sarah
I am a community college instructor with real-world IT experience and a patient, supportive teaching style. I specialize in helping beginners build confidence with Microsoft fundamentals, Helpdesk concepts, and CompTIA preparation. My approach is clear, structured, and focused on helping each student truly understand the material.
I have 4 years of classroom and online teaching experience and I hold a bachelor’s degree in IT Business Management and a master’s in Education, Learning and Technology.
I also have several industry certifications including Microsoft, CompTIA and Pearson Certiport in subjects such as hardware, software, troubleshooting, enterprise cloud computing and AI.
