About Luke
I graduated from Macquarie University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Information Technology (Software Technology) with excellent results, including 11 High Distinctions and 7 Distinctions. I also have a Graduate Certificate in Industry Computing from Charles Sturt University covering networking and computer security. I have a full time career as a software developer and I'm also soon to be a new dad. These keep me busy but I am passionate about teaching and look forward to mentoring more students in IT.

I am highly enthusiastic about helping my students understand their course materials, and helping them get top grades!
I prepare one hour lessons for university students in computer science or database systems, with a focus on first year. If you are struggling with these courses, I can help you survive them with great grades. Interested children and adults are also very welcome and I can tailor lessons to your interests.
The weekly or fortnightly, one hour lesson is online via a video call platform. I will cover topics in your curriculum which I ask that you forward to me as soon as possible so I can prepare exercises and learning materials. If you are stuck on a particular topic we can work through that one as a priority.
I am a full time software developer with a degree and graduate certificate, both in IT. I have completed numerous real world projects and I love to share my passion for computer science with enthusiasm, encouragement, creativity, and patience.
