When I was struggling with SAT prep, she got on an individual zoom call for me and met with me twice a week. She told me to share a document with her and write down what questions i struggled with and she went through all of them and found a common theme within them all. She also asked people multiple times if they understood the content on the zoom meeting when preparing. As somebody who did not know much about standardized tests she helped me stay calm on the day of. She’s an amazing teacher!! Glad I stumbled across her.
