I’ve been doing one-to-one mobility sessions with Alexia and I’ve found them very useful. She pays attention to where I’m actually restricted and adjusts the exercises accordingly, rather than making every session feel the same. She explains things in a simple way and gives practical exercises I can continue doing on my own.
