# My Teaching Approach

My teaching approach is friendly, practical, and personalized. I believe the best way to improve English is to actually use it in everyday conversations rather than only study grammar and vocabulary from a textbook.

I first understand the student's current level, goals, and areas where they feel less confident. Based on this, I adapt each lesson to their individual needs.

**My teaching methods include:**

* Conversational practice to improve speaking confidence
* Real-life situations and role-play
* Vocabulary building through practical examples
* Grammar explained in a simple and easy-to-understand way
* Reading and comprehension activities
* Pronunciation and sentence-building practice
* Professional English for workplace communication, interviews, and emails

# What does a typical class look like?

We usually begin with a short conversation or warm-up activity. I then introduce the main topic or skill we are working on, followed by practical exercises and conversation practice. We finish by reviewing what we learned and identifying a few areas to practice before the next lesson.

I encourage students to speak freely and not worry about making mistakes. I believe mistakes are an important part of learning, and my goal is to create a comfortable environment where students feel confident expressing themselves.

# What makes my lessons different?

As an HR professional, I have extensive experience communicating in English in a professional environment. I can therefore bring real workplace situations into my lessons, including interviews, professional conversations, emails, meetings, and everyday office communication.

My lessons are intended for **teenagers, college students, beginners, intermediate learners, and working professionals** who want to improve their English speaking, communication, and confidence.

Most importantly, I want my students to feel that every lesson is useful beyond the classroom and helps them communicate more confidently in real life.
