About Ollie
I am third year Imperial College London student studying Physics, achieving firsts in my first year. I am passionate and someone who has grown always to love learning. The logic of physics and maths is something I adore and love to show to others.
Over the past two years of tutoring experience, I have tutored GCSE Maths students of a range of abilities, grade 4 to grade 9. Helping all to achieve their target grade or higher. In addition to tutoring students in a-level physics.

Problem solving skills are the most important when it comes to learning Physics, Maths and Chemistry. It's something I have learnt to develop, with my students I will help to craft these skills to give my students the flexibility to solve any problem during their exams. Typically my sessions last for 1 hour.
I achieved A* in Maths, Physics and Chemistry A-level. Over the course of my A-levels I produced hundreds of online revision notes on each subject which I also share with my students to download so they can use away from my lessons. I am offering tutoring for A-level and GCSE Maths, Physics and Chemistry.

Perfect! We’ve been really impressed with Ollie’s approach to teaching science to our son who is taking GSCE this year. Before he started, Ollie took the time to listen to our son’s requirements and then has been adapting his method to suit as he goes along. His flexibility shows real intelligence and sensitivity, not to mention his very thorough subject knowledge, (across all three sciences and maths) and patient explanations. He gives encouraging feedback when appropriate. Ollie makes for a great tutor.

I met Ollie from a recommendation from my physics teacher.
Ollie helped me go from a U to a B. He was always knew how to answer my questions. With my dyslexia I am more of a visual learner which he adapted for and was able to be patience with me as it often took me a while to figure things out.
He gave me a lot of support leading up to my exams with lots of practise questions which gave me confidence and a greater understanding of the subject. I cannot recommend Ollie enough he was a patience, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. One of the most important factors when it comes to an effective tutor is patience, something that Ollie has plenty of. He will always be happy to go over topics several times until his student is both happy and independently capable. In addition, he will always prepare for lessons by finding the best possible resources and ensuring that he can deliver the information in a clear and concise way. This is evidenced by his previous work tutoring mathematics for year 11 students, where he would have printed out copies of worksheets, as well as thought-out examples, ready to go before his lessons. Ollie is exceptionally knowledgeable, he engages in a large amount of outside reading and therefore can deliver some of the most comprehensive explanations possible, which when partnered with his incredible ability to convey topics, makes him the perfect maths tutor.
