About Archie
Hi, my name Is Archie and I am a year 3 Mathematics Undergraduate at Imperial College London. I achieved an A* in both Maths and Further Maths at A-Level. I also sat the MAT paper scoring 90%, along with the STEP II and STEP III papers, scoring a grade 1 and 2 respectively.
I'm very passionate about my subject and I really enjoy teaching it, I think it is so important that people get off on the right foot when it comes to maths. I wouldn't be in the position I am in if it wasn't for all the great tutors/teachers I have had in the past, and I have certainly learnt a lot from them.

Hi, my name is Archie and I am a year 3 mathematics undergraduate at ICL.
My lessons usually consist of reviewing past paper questions with the student, and working towards a solution with them. The choice of question depends on what we discussed in the previous lessons and the students strengths/weaknesses.
I offer my first lesson for free as it is a good opportunity for the student to decide if they want to continue with me.
A typical lesson lasts an hour, but this can be adjusted from 30 mins to 2 hours depending on student preference.
I achieved an A* in both maths and further maths at A-Level.
In 2021 I also sat the MAT (90% overall) , STEP II (grade 1) and STEP III (grade 2) papers so I am happy to provide tutoring for them.
In terms of my previous experience, this summer I am working as a mathematics tutor at Imperial and I am a registered tutor on MyTutor.
I can tutor GCSE, A-Level, MAT and STEP.
I would not be where I am today without the help of the amazing tutors/teachers I have had along the way, and I have learnt a lot from them.
