About Poojitha
I am a dedicated and passionate Math tutor who believes that every student can understand and enjoy mathematics with the right guidance. I approach teaching with patience, clarity, and genuine care for my students’ progress. My focus is not just on helping students score well in exams, but on building strong fundamentals and confidence that stay with them long term.
I teach in a structured and professional manner, ensuring that each class is well-planned, engaging, and productive. Teaching techniques and methods
I start from first principles and build ideas step by step. I use real-life examples, visual explanations, and simple analogies so that abstract concepts feel intuitive. I encourage students to ask questions freely and often use problem-solving during the class to keep it interactive. I also adapt my pace and explanation style based on the student’s comfort level.
Usual structure of a class
A typical class begins with a quick revision of the previous topic to ensure continuity. Then I introduce the new concept with a clear explanation and examples. After that, we solve problems together—starting from basic ones and gradually moving to more challenging questions. I usually end the class with a short summary and practice questions for self-study.
My special features as a teacher
I am patient, approachable, and focused on clarity. I break complex problems into smaller, manageable steps and make sure no student feels left behind. I also focus on building logical thinking and confidence, so students stop fearing Maths and start enjoying it.
