About Ryker
Hi, I'm Ryker and I am a medical student at UWA with over 10 years of running experience and 5 years of calisthenics and strength training. I’ve completed ultramarathons, trained consistently through uni, and built a strong, balanced physique by combining endurance, strength, and discipline — all while managing a busy study schedule. I’ve successfully coached clients in the past, helping them build structure, stay accountable, and get real results. I focus on breaking things down clearly and creating a plan that’s simple, effective, and tailored to your goals. My coaching is rooted in personal experience, scientific principles, and long-term consistency. I know what it takes to stay fit and feel good while juggling life, study, or work — and I genuinely enjoy helping others do the same. If you're just starting out, getting back into training, or looking for a smarter way to improve, I’ll meet you where you’re at and help you build real momentum.

My coaching is designed for students and young professionals who want to build real strength, improve endurance, and stay consistent — even with a busy schedule.
I take a simple, science-informed approach: no fluff, just effective training strategies tailored to your goals. Whether you want to build muscle, get into running, master your bodyweight with calisthenics, or find the balance between it all — I’ll help you create a plan that fits your lifestyle.
I’ve been running for over 10 years, completed ultramarathons, and trained in calisthenics for the past 5 years — all while studying medicine. My background gives me a unique understanding of how to train hard, stay injury-free, and make progress efficiently.
A typical session is 45–60 minutes, either in person or online, and can include:
- Technique breakdowns (running, gym, or calisthenics)
- Structured workout sessions
- Progress check-ins or plan reviews
My coaching is best suited to beginner to intermediate clients, especially students or young professionals who want to look strong, move well, and feel fit without burning out.
