About Virginia
I am a second year master's student at the university of Guelph. I have TA'd three chemistry classes, where my responsibilities have ranged from grading, student support, to (most importantly), running seminars where I help the students solve problems for their classes.
I specialize in physical and analytical chemistry, both of which require quite a bit of math. So I try to enhance my lessons with some real life experience that I've gained from working in labs for the last five years.

Methodology: Problem solving
As much as taking and reading notes is important, I believe that one can only learn science and math by doing problems.
I teach based on examples, not based on memorization.
These lessons are best geared towards people taking high school chemistry or math.
