I would customize each student's lesson, SEN friendly:) me and my baby brother are SEN, so I have experience with that, especially as I am also teaching in a local primary school. If you want to learn Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) Cantonese is my mother tongue as a HK person. But I speak Mandarin really fluently, and people often think I am from mainland China. It would be mainly free speaking lessons with the theme you picked, including vocabulary and pronunciation learning.
