About Samia
I've always loved cooking and baking, but my real journey began when I moved to a new country and had to create a home from scratch. Later, becoming a mother transformed the way I cooked. I wanted meals that were delicious, nourishing, practical, and made with love—without spending all day in the kitchen.
Over the years, I've experimented with countless recipes, adapted dishes from different cuisines, learned from my successes and mistakes, and discovered techniques that make cooking easier and more enjoyable. While I'm not a professionally trained chef, my experience comes from thousands of real meals prepared for family and friends and a genuine passion for helping others feel confident in the kitchen.
My classes are perfect for beginners and home cooks who want practical, everyday skills rather than complicated restaurant techniques.
