About Shreya
I am a RYT500-certified yoga and wellness instructor with a background in medical imaging. I teach across studios, private sessions, and yoga festivals in Australia. My own journey with stress, burnout, and healing led me to yoga as a sustainable tool for balance and self-care. I love teaching because yoga offers people simple yet powerful tools to feel more grounded, present, and supported in daily life.

My teaching approach is personalised, mindful, and supportive. I meet students where they are, adapting each session to individual needs, energy levels, and goals. My classes blend yoga postures, breathwork, and mindfulness to support stress relief, mobility, and overall wellbeing. With a calm and encouraging style, I focus on safe alignment, body awareness, and building a sustainable practice that fits into real life.
I love teaching yin yoga for relaxation (my personal favorite) and Hatha yoga & vinyasa for balance and strength.
Every class is combined with breathwork/meditation and simple techniques to help manage stress and bring clarity & calmness off the mat ️
