About Kathleen
I once felt lost in life. I was unemployed, overweight and all my relationships where struggling. I have a degree in psychology. So I knew that if I wanted real changed I’d have to start with my thoughts. I used a method I discovered to build more positive connections in my head. I also educated myself in holistic health, nutrition/fitness and mindfulness. I lost over 100 pounds, became financially secure and reached new levels of peace. I want to help you find your peace. I have helped over 45 people glow up this year. I really want to help you too!
