Helena is an exceptional vocal teacher who brings both expertise and warmth to every lesson. She has a remarkable ability to connect with children, and managed to get a lot out of my daughter almost instantly.
I stayed with my daughter for the first lesson and was quite impressed. After which I was very comfortable to leave her in Helena’s capable hands. I’ve since heard many enthusiastic reviews from my daughter after each session. They’re having so much fun — and the improvement in both their singing and self-confidence has been incredible. I've been having weekly lessons with Helena for approximately five months. I'm a mature student and have never participated in any singing activities until I met Helena. I want to be able to sing songs that have some meaning for me and to make a worthwhile contribution to my Baptist church services in which singing plays a large part. Our lessons cover all the important aspects of singing, from posture, breathing and vocal warmup, to pitch accuracy and emotional delivery. Helena's knowledge seems boundless; she is a great motivator, being warm and encouraging, and her lessons are a highlight of my week. I can't recommend her highly enough.
