About Kristýna
I am Týna, embarked on a self-discovery spiritual journey for couple of years, leaving behind her corporate and academic duties to travel the world, experiencing meditation, yoga, shamanism, energy work and different spiritual practices. Little I knew that travelling and spiritual teachings will revolutionarily change the course of my entire life. Now I am on a mission to empower individuals to rebirthing by reconnecting to their authentic inner wisdom.

I love to connect with each of my students and show them that yoga is not just about physical poses, but also about stimulating inner peace, physical and mental energy inside of each of us.
