About Douglas
My name is Douglas Barnet (18 years old) , and I have had a passion for history since I was 13 , whilst also having a natural ability for it and I read history books consistently. I want to tutor because I believe that if students can simply get history to "click" in their minds by really grasping the wider context they can develop excellent analysis and achieve As and A stars.

Able to provide lessons at any length up to 2 hours. I want my students to understand history in a way that most schools find it hard to teach. Rather than barrage facts at you, I will get you to understand the whole picture of historical events so that you can begin to write decisively and clearly in your essays and crucially enjoy the subject!
