About Viktoriya
I am a British Medieval History Major looking for a part time teaching/tutoring position. I have extensive teaching/tutoring experience in a variety of fields. I have tutored in English, History, Philosophy, and Sociology. I have helped students learn to analyze literature, research, write essays, and understand historical events. CSM program where I primarily tutor requires that teachers be able to assist students in multiple subjects, and my experience would allow me to do just that.
I am passionate about helping students improve in all academic subjects. I still remember my excitement when my history student received her first “A” on a quiz! I am confident that my passion and experience are the qualities you are looking for.

My most preferred teaching method that I use is Socratic. History for some may seem as a bunch of memorization. Consequently, I prefer asking questions and discussing the material, therefore making it more engaging and understandable to the student. However, I tailor every student's abilities to my teaching. I will teach you on your pace with the assurance of complete success and understanding.
