About Matthew
I am currently in the first year of a History degree at Durham University. I achieved A*s in both History and Geography at A Level. I have considerable tutoring experience, having worked as a tutor at Kumon Tutoring for almost two years. I have also undertaken one-to-one private tutoring with an A Level student.

I can teach at any level up to A Level. My lessons involve introducing a student to a new topic or concept, then discussing it with them to make sure they fully understand it. We will then try to apply their new knowledge to exam-style questions, which I would be happy to mark for the student in my own time. I will also take suggestions from the student themselves as to what they wish to study. For instance, if there is a topic they are struggling with at school, they can ask me to go through it in more detail with them until they understand it better.
