About Rahmah
I am a recent history graduate (graduated in 2020) and have been giving History and English tuition for the past year for both gcse and a level. I also provide support for primary school homework! Last academic year I tutored 4 students- two gcse students, one alevel and one gcse. Both gcse students achieved two grades higher in English and one higher in history.

All my lessons are pre planned before the session and tailored from the feedback from the previous lesson- is there a topic or area my student wants more support and time on, if so, I plan a lesson based on that. My lessons are student centred so always tailored around what they feel as if they need more support in. The most popular and often used method is active learning through making timelines and posters - visually connecting events and themes, essay plans and past papers, timed essay writing, studying the marking scheme and so on!
