About Erin
I am a student of History and Politics at Newcastle University, with A-grade A levels in English Lit, History, and Economics. I am most experienced in political and modern History, especially of North America, but have experience studying a range of periods and themes. I have experience in essay writing, structuring and proofreading skills as well as knowledge of History content. I have experience mentoring GCSE students in essay subjects, and have worked in roles developing vital communication with children and young people.

I give online lessons to secondary school/GCSE and A level students, using my experience as a History student at school and sixth form, as well as my ongoing study of the discipline at university. The structure of my lessons can be flexible depending on the needs of the student, with quizzes to consolidate content knowledge and recall, help proofreading and structuring essays to improve essay writing skills, and any other teaching methods necessitated by the student's individual requirements.

Lessons cancelled with up to two days notice will not be charged (eg a lesson scheduled for Monday the 6th should be cancelled on Saturday 4th or before). Cancellations the day before or day of a scheduled lesson can either be rearranged to another day within the next 7 days, or will be charged at half rate.
