Dear future students,

You may not believe it, but as the summer is drawing to a close, I’m excited to get back into the classroom. I’m actually looking forward to meeting you, to learning your names, to teaching you strategies to write sophisticated papers, and to read those papers.

As I’m bringing up my lessons and creating our class calendars, I wanted to give you some advice. Hopefully you’ll somehow come around to this post so you’ll be ahead of the game when it comes to the first day of school.

I teach mathematics to a boys

He is in Class X.

One fine day, she came to my house with her father. Her father wanted me to tutor her for mathematics. Her father was so disappointed with his daughter.

He said, “I have been good in mathematics since childhood, I don’t know how she is my daughter. It is difficult to teach this boy.”.

The boy hung her head in shame during the entire conversation.

I said okay and told her to join.

He started coming to the class. I started teaching her. While teaching her, I realized that the boy already knew a lot and it was not at all difficult to teach her.

But, I could see lack of confidence in her. He did not believe in herself. He always hesitated in answering even when he answered. She believed that her doubts and answers are senseless. I could see that in her behaviour.
