I have always had my interests in Yoga. I have certifications in Asanas, Pranayam and Meditation from Morarji Desai National institute of Yoga, New Delhi. after that I went to pursue my RYT-200 which is a Yoga Alliance, USA Certified course. After which I complete my 1 Year diploma equivalent course. And currently I am pursuing my master in Yoga.

About the lesson

I have my expertise in weight management, Power Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga,Vinyasa flow, Pranyam and Meditation. I have been conducting my Yoga classes according to student's need and their comfort. I personally design my courses according to student's need.
