About Sean
With experience in tutoring stretching back over 30 years, in the past 16 years I've taught at a number of Australian schools, up to and including HSC and VCE.
I'm passionate about educational issues, particularly those having to do with university preparedness.
My time in post-apartheid South Africa at the University of Cape Town teaching mathematics to “previously disadvantaged students” proved valuable in allowing me to develop as a remedial teacher at the highest level; at finding and resolving sticking points, accompanied by considerable increase in confidence and skill sets.
