I am a highly qualified and experienced primary school teacher with eleven years teaching and tutoring experience. I have thought in many countries such as Ireland , the UAE and Canada. I pride myself on being extremely patient and dedicated to my students always willing to adjust my teaching to suit their individual needs.

I always like to begin my lessons with a problem solving or oral language activity (based around the learning objective). Then moving onto the main element of the lesson that would be individually designed for my students based on their level. I like to include a range of levels in my lessons so children can build their confidence with easier aspects and then have some challenges with more difficult sections. I believe this is imperative to help children to grow as independent and motivated learners . I then like to finish with a game or task that underpins the objectives set out in the lesson as well as doing some self assessments with my students. This is a model I have used with many students that I find to be very effective but which can be easily changed to shot different learning styles and personalities.
