About Victoria
I am a 2nd year Politics and Sociology student at UCL, with 7 years of private tutoring experience. I began my journey working at Kumon as a Teaching Assistant, from which I gained the skills necessary for online tutoring. I understand that each individual approaches learning differently, and I am comfortable adapting my teaching style to fit the student's needs. I mostly focus on (i)GCSE and 11+ exam preparation, but I have experience in other areas, such as teaching English as a second language.
In the first lesson I will determine your starting level, from which point we will quickly progress towards your specific target(s).

Perfect! Victoria is an excellent teacher. She is very intelligent and really good at teaching and communicating with students. She fully understand what I need to improve and she was very patient with my incorrect pronunciation. Really enjoy her lesson.
- Strong comprehension of English listening and understanding, with always relevant responses. Good use of "on-the-street" phrases. It was lovely to see an increase in confidence as the conversation progressed. Keep it up!Victoria's response :
For future classes: try to stay away from "comfortable" topics, such as academia and work, and lean more towards "casual", for example holidays, pets, hobbies... etc.
