About Rabia
I grew up in Pakistan and completed my schooling there, where I studied Mathematics (A*), Physics (A*), Chemistry (A*) and Sociology, alongside Further Mathematics at GCSE and A Level. It was during this time that I developed a strong academic foundation and a genuine interest in learning, supported by inspiring teachers who made complex ideas accessible and engaging.
I went on to study at the Lahore University of Management Sciences, graduating with a BSc in Finance, before moving to London to pursue further studies. I completed my MSc at SOAS with Distinction and am currently finishing my PhD at King’s College London.
Alongside my academic journey, I have been tutoring since my A Levels and have built over 10 years of experience working with students across a range of ages and abilities. This experience has given me a strong understanding of how to support students effectively at different stages of their education.
I am deeply passionate about education and take pride in helping students grow in confidence and achieve their full potential.

My lessons are highly tailored to each student, beginning with an initial assessment to understand strengths, gaps and learning style. I take a calm, supportive but focused approach, aiming to build deep understanding rather than rote memorisation, so students can confidently apply concepts to unfamiliar exam questions.
Lessons typically last 60–90 minutes and combine clear explanation, guided practice and exam-focused work, including past papers. I place strong emphasis on building confidence, motivation and independent thinking alongside academic progress.
