About Max
I have been teaching for nearly 30 years now, having taken Maths at Manchester University. I have successfully taught students of all ages from primary to GCSE and A'level, largely on a one-to-one basis.
Only recently one of my pupils who was struggling badly has now won an award for Mathematics out of her whole year, having had weekly lessons with me for 6 months! GCSE students have gone from predicted C's or fails to gaining A's at Higher level! A'level students have been delighted with their vastly improved results having fallen behind and despairing of ever catching up or understanding the subject. And primary pupils have mastered times tables, long division, fractions etc to an extent they never dreamt of!
