I am an active teacher at a Victorian secondary College and a dedicated, approachable tutor who values building strong relationships with students as the foundation for effective learning. I take the time to understand each student’s strengths, needs, and goals, creating a supportive and engaging environment. My teaching approach is guided by the gradual release of responsibility model, beginning with explicit instruction and gradually fostering independence and confidence. I aim to make learning accessible, structured, and enjoyable, helping students build both skills and self-belief while achieving their personal best and developing lifelong learning habits for future success. As a trained primary school teacher who is currently working in a high school, I am a generalist teacher and can work across most subjects from Prep to 10.
