About Stéphane
Bonjour! I am a French-Canadian with 12 years of experience teaching French in French high schools in Canada. I also taught French in the Middle East for a while! Yup, that's a lot of French! :)
I have taught French and other languages to students from 13 years of age to over 30, of varying skill levels, and of different religious and ethnic backgrounds; in short, I've got quite a bit of experience. If you're looking for a compassionate teacher with a lot of experience, who's still interested in teaching, and who'll make sure you understand and succeed, then look no further.

Right now, you're probably wondering what a lesson with me looks like? First, I like to verify your knowledge and build from there. I won't waste your time with things you already know. My strengths are being able to explain things in a way that make sense to you. I want to make sure you understand; I won't just overstuff your head with knowledge and send you packing! Also, I like to put your new-found knowledge to good use since practicing will help you truly understand the subject. So, let's get started, shall we?
