About Breonna
I am a senior in high school and I love mathematics! I am currently enrolled in AP Calculus BC and AP Statistics, but I have taken almost every math class my school has to offer. I started taking high school math classes in the seventh grade, taking Algebra 1. I have a composite ACT score of a 30, with a 29 in the math section.

My teaching methods and techniques begin by figuring out what each student needs help with and set a goal for them to accomplish by the next session. A typical lesson plan includes teaching the content in a way so the student understands, then giving the student a few problems to try to see if they understand. If they do not understand, I will explain the content in a different way until they do. I will end the lesson by giving them a few practice problems to do over the period of time before the next lesson.
Something that sets me apart as a tutor is that I want to get to know how each student individually learns, so that I can create a lesson that is structured the best way it can be for them.
These lessons will be for students of all grade levels who may struggle with mathematics.
