About Lance
I have tutored in science and math throughout my college career. Now I am a high school science teacher and dedicate my time to helping kids learn math and science. There is a quote by Ernest Rutherford that essentially says if any scientific theory can't be explained to a bartender, it's not a very good theory. This is why I find joy in my job as being a science communicator. Helping people understand the natural world was a natural career choice for me.
