She tutored my little sibling and helped her understand what the teachers weren't explaining. She does a great job actually listening to her students and explaining the problems. She's amazing and connects with them on a personal level.
Makayla has been tutoring my daughter for 2 years now and I would recommend her everyday. My daughter is severe ADHD, and Dyslexic as well as has severe anxiety when she doesn't understand what she doing right away; but Makayla has been so patient and understanding. She just gives my daughter a few minutes to breathe and grab a snack; Makayla then changes the approach to the problem at hand so that my daughter better understands and comprehends the work she is doing.
