About Taspia
Hey there, I am Taspia. I am currently studying Bachelors of Medical Radiation Science (Nuclear Medicine) (Honours) at the University of Newcastle. I have over 1 year of experience private tutoring English, Mathematics and Sciences and helping with homework to primary school students. Alongside tutoring Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology to early years of secondary students. I have a great passion for constant learning and gaining knowledge. I am eager to sharing my wisdom with students and nothing makes me happier than seeing my students strive through their education and remain as a conscientious learner.
Teaching styles will be broadened and flexible to allow increase levels of engagement amongst students and tutor. To further enable increasing knowledge, consistency and focus on what the students struggle with. It will allow me as a tutor to also pin point and determine students strengths and weakness to adjust my learning style in which is best suitable for them. However also allowing individual students to step out of their comfort zones engaging with further challenges to improve their learning and performance overall. I want my student to strive through challenges in their education and build confidence in what they are taught. If the students are able to build a certain mindset with the intention to progress with their knowledge on a certain subject topic they struggle with. It is crucial for them to grow with consistency and practice to better understand the topic in which they are learning. I want my students to also enjoy what they are learning because engagement really helps to improve knowledge and understanding.

I will be providing academic support, teaching and guidance to students struggling with topic contents and other learning areas within English, Mathematics, Biology and Chemistry subjects. Teaching for each subject is going to progress within 1 hour of lessons via zoom calls. Online lessons and teachings will take place through google jamboard for collaborations with any questions. Extra questions can also be provided from textbooks and other sites for practice and reviews. I have had private 1 on 1 tutoring experiences with young students ranging from primary school and early years of high school. My lessons are open to primary and high school students up until HSC levels. lesson times are also able to exceed 1 hour depending on student preferences
I am also able to advise and provide tips to students struggling with any assignments to improve their writing and delivery. I am only an advisor, so i will not be doing the writing for you!
