High-level, professional lessons - beginner through post-college. I'm a 35+ year performer and artist teacher. I currently hold positions in three professional orchestras, I'm on faculty at a local community college, I have studios in two cities, and I'm the former Senior Lecturer of Cello & Chamber Music (17 years) at a state university. Audition excerpt preparation is one of my specialties. I'm an Inaugural Fellow of the New World Symphony, and I've personally won numerous auditions for orchestras and international summer music festivals, both Union and non-Union. Theory is part of my lesson curriculum, as is humor. :) My motto is, "I teach everyone as if they're graduate students." I still love teaching, performing and passing it forward!
