About Tamica
I have been tutoring for over 15 years now independently amd contracted. I have also taught as well. I work with all ages. Children in allsubject and teen to adults only in all area of English including ESL and professionalism.

My teaching approach is targeting the issues with my students then start perfecting one issue at a time. I observe first then start critiquing the issues. If it is one student I give a few trial questions to get to know them including asking about their needs. If it a group I will observe during first class only and then by the next class give lessons that include the issues that everyone one has altogether without point out individually to prevent felling uncomfortable for the student. I will let them aside.
