About Lily
I discovered my love of fitness through my career as a professional dancer. As a dancer it has been essential to keep strong and healthy so that my body is fully prepared to do its job onstage, in rehearsals and at auditions. This has developed into a passion for fitness and a love for sharing my knowledge with others. As a qualified personal trainer, I have the expertise, skills, and experience to work with clients and help them reach their goals.

If you want to LOVE your body WITHOUT crazy diets and unrealistic exercise plans - I have exactly what you need. Even if you have no gym/workout experience or if you struggle to find time to train, this will still work for you.
