I’m Mike, founder of Inception Fitness — a personal trainer with over 25 years of experience helping people over 30 build strength, lose weight, and move better for life. I specialise in strength, mobility, and sustainable fat loss — no gimmicks, no crash diets, just real results built on smart training and simple nutrition. My clients include busy professionals, parents, and beginners who want to feel stronger, more confident, and in control of their health again. Every programme is tailored to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. You can train 1-to-1, in small groups (2–4 people), martial arts training or online coaching from anywhere with my full coaching support. Sessions focus on functional strength, mobility, and metabolism — helping you look, feel, and perform better at any age. Based in Halifax with local and online options.
