About Yeonwoo
I was born and raised in South Korea since 16 years old. After that I moved to the UK so I understand both countries' culture. I'm a big fan of K drama or K pop so I can offer up-to-date cultural context that textbooks don't cover.

Before we start the lesson, I need to know your current level of Korean. Based on that, classes are divided as follows:
Level 1 — Absolute Beginner
Starting from the Korean alphabet (한글), basic vocabulary, and simple sentences. By the end, you'll be able to say things like "사과가 좋아 (I like apples)."
Level 2 — Beginner
Building on Level 1 with slightly more structured sentences, self-introduction, and basic listening comprehension. You'll be able to say things like "저는 사과가 좋아요 (I like apples)" and hold a very simple conversation.
Level 3 — Intermediate
Introduction to formal speech (존댓말) and grammar structures. You'll be able to introduce yourself naturally, for example "안녕하세요, 제 이름은 ___입니다. 제가 가장 좋아하는 과일은 사과에요. (Hello, my name is ___. My favourite fruit is apples.)"
Level 4 — Upper Intermediate / Advanced
For those who already speak Korean but want to sound more natural. Classes are tailored to your interests, including Korean trends, slang, pop culture, and real-life usage.
