I'm Inês, passionate about the world of healthy eating. I've been following a vegetarian diet for 6 years and since then I've taken several courses to learn more about this lifestyle.
I really enjoy cooking and sharing my experiences with my students, adapting each class to the student and their preferences and needs.

I teach healthy cooking online classes for those who want to learn different recipes; lose weight or simply eat vegetarian meals on a daily basis.
I've been giving online workshops for 2 years and the feedback is very positive, always adapting the recipes to people or groups of students.
Some topics you can learn: basics of vegan cuisine; how to cook legumes; sugar-free recipes; vegetarian salads; healthy desserts, etc.
