As a tutor, my approach is centered around making chemistry clear, engaging, and practical for students. I focus on breaking down complex concepts into simple, relatable explanations using real-world examples—especially from health and life sciences—to help students truly understand rather than memorize.
A typical lesson starts with a quick review of key topics the student struggles with, followed by step-by-step walkthroughs of problems and active discussion. I encourage students to ask questions throughout, and I use visual aids or analogies when helpful. Toward the end, we’ll work on practice questions together to build confidence and reinforce understanding.
What sets me apart is that I’ve recently completed my first year in health sciences, so I understand exactly what challenges students face in first-year chemistry courses. I know what helped me succeed, and I bring that perspective to every lesson.
