Perfect! My month with Ayanika was special and a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

It was a bold decision to learn from someone on the other side of the world, and I do not regret it. For several years, I have been studying the works of Rabindranath Tagore, especially Gitanjali. Through those studies, I came to admire the spirit of Santiniketan.

She spoke about Santiniketan, described its traditions, its atmosphere, its people, and her own life there. The photographs she shared seemed heavenly and otherworldly to me. The red soil of Santiniketan, the Kazakh flowers, the quiet beauty of the landscape—all of it came alive in my imagination. In my mind's eye, it was as if I had sat beside Tagore's resting place and spoken with him through the red soil of Santiniketan itself.

What touched me was the Rabindra Sangeet spirit that came through her - there was a sweetness and tenderness in her voice that seemed inseparable from that tradition and way of life. It reminded me of one of Tagore's most beautiful lines:

*"At the immortal touch of thy hands, my little heart loses its limits in joy and gives birth to utterance ineffable."*

Beyond this, Ayanika shared many aspects of Indian culture with me. She introduced me to beautiful rituals, sent me music, and spoke openly about her own struggles and the determination that allowed her to become a top student in her music studies. Her personal story was inspiring because it was honest, humble, and deeply human.

Ayanika's kindness and genuine warmth made a lasting impression on me, and I will remember our conversations forever with great affection.
