I have two Cambridge certificate myself. My last Cambridge is CAE. Besides my grades for English were always extremely high. My study now is almost entirely in English, in terms of literature. Because of this, my ability has increased even more.

I believe that you learn English best by being busy with the language and speaking a lot. The grammar can be really though, but can be learned by practicing with multiple exercises. The same for the Dutch grammar. Dutch is one of the hardest language in the world because of the many rules, when you learn this rules, Dutch will become much easier
