About Ammaarah
I am an a level student who has always been tutoring others since year 10, with a level 2 qualification of peer mentoring. I have had a strong academic background however particularly connect with English language and literature at GCSE level with grade 9 in both. I have worked with a tutoring company (Boost) and taken on many private classes requested by parents and students, therefore I feel I’ll be a strong candidate for this role.

My teach methods are based on the strengths and weaknesses of the child them self. I start teaching in a chronological order to avoid confusion between topics and focus the majority of the lesson on weaknesses of the child. However I feel it’s equally important to continue enhancing their strengths where I challenge them through homework and quizzes . I set homework and at the start of each lesson recap the previous so ensure they have an active recall and and rehearsing content.
