i have been giving lessons after school, teaching students from different schools in a rural area. our students need more attention when it comes to class activity because sometimes you may think they understand simple because they do not ask questions only to find out that they struggle.

my teaching method is giving them work in pairs and individually, but sometimes group work. all that depend on the topic i am teaching that time. by doing pair work I want the students to try and explain the concept to each other because sometimes the students might not understand the concept you taught them but then when their friends explain to them they understand.
