About Melanie
I am a current AP teacher, and I also have 4 years of experience teaching at the college level. My students in America, Germany, and India have all rated me highly as an effective, caring teacher! You know more than you may think! I love helping students learn how to convert their great ideas and thoughts into writing. I am also an expert in literature, and I can help you learn how to read and analyze any short story, novel, or poem! What sets me apart as a tutor is my understanding of demands on your time as a high school or college student. My lessons are focused on skills so you can take what you learn from me and apply it to any of your classes, not just the assignment you are currently working on. These lessons are for any high school student, AP student, or college student who needs support in writing or reading. Classes I can help you with include: any 9th-12th grade English class, AP Composition, AP Literature, Introduction to Literature, and any Composition or Research classes.
