About Kara
Hi! I have a B.S. degree in Nutrition Sciences which includes in depth scientific and mathematical studies. Additionally, I have spent time teaching in every level possible, from K-12 substitute teaching to university level tutoring. I am both patient and persistent. As someone who has struggled with finding the best personal learning methods, I have a passion for ensuring each of my students finds the best way to learn. I am committed to trying many different tactics and methods, as I know no shoe fits all. Outside of academics, I love hiking, music, dancing, knitting, and trying new forms of exercise.
