I am a current Physical Education teacher who has worked in professional sport with teams and athletes helping them develop their understanding and application of nutrition. I have completed an MSc in Sport & Exercise Nutrition and implement the knowledge I have learned into both theoretic studies as well as practical advice.

Each lesson will focus on a specific aspect of nutrition from the foundations (macronutrients, hydration, sleep etc) to sport specific aspects.
Typical length is 30-45mins.
Msc in Sport & Exercise Nutrition, working with professional teams and athletes.
Lessons for aspiring athletes as well as individuals taking Physical Education to GCSE and A level.
