About Intan Auni Syahidah
I am Intan Auni Syahidah Binti Mustaffa. 24 years old female. Currently in process of doing my master in research at UMT. I have no other commitment so I am very flexible in terms of time and place. I enjoy helping students understand concepts clearly, especially topics that feel confusing at first. I believe learning should be calm, supportive, and not stressful. My goal is to guide students step by step, build their confidence, and help them improve both their understanding and results at their own pace.

My way of teaching I will identify students’ strengths and weaknesses so I will give more focus on the weaknesses. For example, one of my students who was in year 12, lacked understanding in basic math like minus and multiply. So before I started to teach the student according to the syllabus, I focused on strengthening her understanding of the basic math operations. Also, I focus on building a strong understanding of concepts rather than memorization, using simple explanations, real-life examples, and step-by-step problem solving. I am patient and supportive, creating a comfortable learning environment where students can ask questions freely. Lessons can be adjusted to school syllabus, exams, or specific topics the student finds challenging.
