About Igor
My name is Igor and i am 57 year old man from St.Petersburg, Russia and for the most part of my life i am closely connected with English, actually you can safely say, that English was not just a part of mylife , because it was my whole life. Let me introduce myself a little bit further after graduating from Politechnical university i became a Translator and an interpreter of English language. I was an English tour guide with the world famous Hermitage museum in Russia before pandemic and I had highest rating and 5* reviews from English speaking visitors. Also I used to lead discussion and debate groups at different venues and teach art history and history of western civilization courses in English at the museum of city sculpture. I have near native level of fluency in English and huge active academic vocabulary. I think that given a chance, I might be an asset to a company or any individual willing to retain my services.

I am available to teach regular grammar lessons, but for my adults advanced classes I am using a content based method. Which means we can study different subjects in English. For example if a person is interested in history we can study the history of Western civilizations, ancient history or medival history for example. Some people wanted to study biology or horticulture or vine growing. Others wanted to learn about economics or jurisprudence or psychology or philosophy, so we can do those subjects in English. Thus i am able to make sure that the subject we are studying is closely connected with particular person interests or areas of expertise for certain trained professionals.
